  • What is a client waitlist?
    At Maddock Property, we take pride in providing dedicated and personalised service to each of our clients. Sometimes, due to the nature of our commitment to exclusivity and avoiding conflicts of interest, we may need to place potential clients on a waitlist. This occurs when we cannot simultaneously represent two clients with similar property requirements, as it would compromise our ability to act in the best interests of both parties. However, while it may seem inconvenient at first, being waitlisted often works out for the better. Once we successfully secure a property for our initial client, we can then commence work for those on the waitlist. In fact, this delay often proves beneficial, as it allows us to leverage the insights and connections gained from working on similar briefs, providing waitlisted clients with access to a wealth of properties and market intel that others may need time to acquire.

A little more about our director

A dynamic, intuitive, and creative at heart, Bec’s journey to advocacy came from a love of all things property.

After completing a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology and a Master of Commerce in Marketing from Melbourne University, Bec found herself working the fast-paced world of corporate FMCG marketing. While an incredible field Bec always found herself being drawn to property. From renovating multiple family homes for her husband and four children (yes you read that right…FOUR), to being a sticky beak at local open for inspections or stalking real estate websites, it was always…all about property!

 

When the opportunity arose to join the buyers advocate profession – Bec jumped in headfirst and hasn’t looked back!

We are so pleased that we partnered with Bec to secure our new family home.  Bec took a great deal of time upfront to listen to our story, and asked genuine questions, so she fully understood what kind of home our family was looking for and in what location.  From that moment Bec did not stop, leaving no stone unturned until we found our perfect home!  Bec kept us updated with clear communication as we worked through the property inspection process.
